The Ballantine Phase I is part of the larger Ballantine Brewery Redevelopment located in Newark’s North Ironbound neighborhood. The project is capitalized with Opportunity Zone Equity. The site is situated a half mile from Riverbank Park to the north and a half mile from Ironbound’s cultural hub to the west. The site provides ready access to New York City via Newark Penn or Harrison Station.
