1100 Myrtle Ave

1100 Myrtle is a new mixed-use development located in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, steps away from the J, M, and Z lines on the NYC subway system. Formerly a 36,000 square foot supermarket operated by Food Bazaar, the new development includes an expanded and modernized Food Bazaar supermarket in addition to affordable and market rate apartments. The project is part of New York State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program.
