Justin Ivry

Assistant Project Manager

Justin works alongside the Project Management and Finance teams from pre-development through construction. He also collaborates with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure a successful project delivery.

Prior to joining Shorewood, Justin spent over 6 years working for large Construction Management firms in New York City. He worked on various construction projects in Manhattan, ranging from commercial interior renovations to new residential high-rise buildings.

Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics, & Law from Binghamton University, and has completed certificates in Construction Project Management (Baruch College) and Commercial Real Estate (Cornell).
