Ava is an experienced Executive Assistant with 5+ years working in the managerial field. She has extensive experience with administrative tasks, correspondence, scheduling, and HR responsibilities and has worked in both the equine property management and public relations fields. At Shorewood, Ava supports day-to-day administrative and operational functions by working collaboratively with team members, and, with comprehensive administrative knowledge, ensures the efficient operation of the firm. She has a proven history of successfully facilitating all aspects of internal and external communications in high-pressure environments and is an important part of the Shorewood team.

Ava has a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Washington and Lee University and a master in business administration from George Washington University.
