Shorewood Opportunity Zone Fund in New York

Shorewood is currently in the process of raising an Opportunity Zone Fund focused on investing in New York City. With the first multifamily development deal under contract, Shorewood is in the process of assembling a pipeline of other qualified investment offerings for mixed-use development, affordable housing development, and value add renovation.

Investment Criteria:

· Qualified Opportunity Zone investments
· Ground up development or substantial renovation
· Single asset funds
· 10-year hold period
· Large scale projects of 100 or more residential units
· High growth submarkets
