Shorewood is currently in the process of raising an Opportunity Zone Fund focused on investing in New York City. With the first multifamily development deal under contract, Shorewood is in the process of assembling a pipeline of other qualified investment offerings for mixed-use development, affordable housing development, and value add renovation.
